Carbon Footprint Reduction
Our gas kilns feature advanced heat-exchanger modules. By pre-heating incoming air with exhaust gas, we decrease natural gas consumption by 15% and reduce overall greenhouse gas emissions.
Circular Mineral Economy
We recover fractured bricks and mineral slag from customer relining projects, processing them back into raw fireclay aggregates. This circular loop prevents landfilling and conserves natural mines.
Local Community Support
We sponsor clean water facilities and primary education materials in villages surrounding our Nagpur plants. Additionally, we host free health camps and safety workshops for factory families.
Minimizing Dust & Environmental Impact
Refractory processing involves grinding minerals, which can generate particulate dust. To protect our staff and local wildlife, we have installed baghouse dust collectors and dry-fogging systems across all raw crushing lines. Routine ambient air quality audits are conducted to maintain particulate limits below standard levels.
Our plants are surrounded by a designated green belt of broad-leaved trees (Neem, Banyan, and Gulmohar) that serve as a natural dust barrier and acoustic dampener.
