We have grown from a local fireclay brick manufacturer into a high-capacity exporter of advanced monolithic and custom pre-cast solutions.
Establishment in Wankaner
Founded Alfa Refractories in Wankaner, Morbi, Gujarat. Started manufacturing standard fire bricks (Alfa-40%) to serve local ceramic kilns and power units.
Capacity Modernization
Upgraded to heavy friction screw presses and expanded production lines. Annual output capacity reached 15,000 MT of shaped refractory materials.
High Alumina & Monolithics
Introduced high-alumina refractory bricks (ALFA-60% & ALFA-70%) and a specialized unshaped blending plant for high-temperature refractory mortars.
Acid Proof & Burner Blocks
Commissioned a custom fabrication shop for Pre-Cast Pre-Fired shapes, burner blocks, and acid proof bricks, providing turnkey furnace lining systems.
Global Supply Network
Partnered under the Bharat Minerals Group (BMI Group) umbrella, expanding exports and raising annual capacity to over 40,000 MT.
